This Chinese Elm tree (Ulmus parvifolia) (also known as the Lacebark Elm) is a large upright, rounded canopy semi-evergreen deciduous tree features small, deep green leaves. A favorite landscaping variety. The Chinese Elm is a fast grower that thrives in the sun and will thrive in hot areas. Considered a medium to fast grower. 
Uses: Single specimen, patio tree, sunscreen, street/driveway tree. 

Plant in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun. Tolerant of light shade. Prefers rich, moist loams. Highly tolerant of urban conditions.
